Gentlemen,

Dear Mr. Silvers:

The best Christmas/Chanukah gift I received this year was from Jim Miller of GEICO Insurance and AI and Sal LoBalbo, Frank Capocci, and Michelle Guarnieri ofLoBalbo  Brothers. This extraordinary team of professionals transformed an unfortunate mishap (which could have
put a pall on my holiday) into a stress-free, reassuring experience.

I  am compelled to write to you so that you might personally let those who "made the difference" for me know just how much I appreciate their expertise, effort, time, and patience.

On Friday, December 19, my brand new Toyota Camry was damaged while it was parked
in the lot at the local YMCA.  Fortunately, the person who caused the accident was forthcoming and assumed full responsibility. Unfortunately for me, I now had to seek an appraisal for
the damage, navigate the rental, and deal with the inconvenience of having my car repaired.
While thankful that no one was  injured and that I would not incur any cost for the damage to my vehicle, I couldn't help my heightened level of anxiety as I thought about how I might deal with all of this in the midst of the holiday.

I stopped by LoBalbo Brothers on Monday, December 22 to see if there was any possibility
of an appointment. I walked right into Jim Miller who was sitting at the desk closest to the door. As soon as he saw the worried look on my face, he told me to please wait just a moment and that he would speak with me as soon as he could (he was in the middle of a phone conversation).

The  minute he hung up, Jim gave me his full attention, reassuring me all the while. Once Jim took my information, AI LoBalbo walked over and told me I had nothing to be concerned about; he would see to it that my car would be repaired within a few days (even though Christmas fell on Thursday!) and he and his staffwould  attend to each detail.  Frank Capocci then came over
to make all necessary arrangements. Like magicians, AI, Jim, and Frank offered me the relief
of knowing that I had nothing to worry about--they were "on it!"

In what seemed like minutes, Jim called to tell me that he completed the paperwork and that
AI and Frank arranged for me to have a Tuesday morning appointment.  I was to speak with
 
Michelle---an absolute efficiency expert as well as a most accommodating coordinator.  Michelle told me not to worry about anything--Ijust  needed to show up at 8:00am.  on Tuesday morning.

When I arrived at LoBalbo Brothers on Tuesday, December 23, my rental was ready; my car was attended to--and, of course, GEICO covered all expenses since the damage was caused by the insured person who had struck my Toyota when it was parked.

On Friday, December 26, the day after Christmas, Michelle called to say that my Toyota was ready.  I drove over to LoBalbo Brothers and there was my Toyota--looking like the spanking new car I had purchased just two months ago.

GEICO and LoBalbo Brothers teamed up to take an unwanted, inconvenient, anxiety-filled situation and turned it into a hassle-free, easy, breezy experience giving me such peace of mind-­ which was priceless!

Please extend my most sincere gratitude to both AI and Sal (who has been equally as wonderful in the past), Jim, Frank, and Michelle.  Words cannot adequately express what it meant to me to have my angst erased the moment this team took over.  I am acutely aware of the way most other insurance companies and auto body shops do business; GEICO and LoBalbo are clearly more than a cut above the rest. This team went "the extra mile" with me and I am most grateful.

The standard of excellence with Jim Miller of GEICO and LoBalbo Brothers is exceptional.
